The latest updates from Phil Sir

They are cold but safe and still at home.....they have water and gas for the water heater so they are taking many warm and steamy showers.

Food is currently a bit scarce but on a positive note, dieting is going well ;-)

Gas for the car is currently very hard to find and what little gas they've had, they've mostly used to warm up in the car.

The two sons currently living at home are staying with friends who do have power.

Phil Sir still hasn't gotten through to His sister at her house or His mom at the rehab hospital since Tuesday or Wednesday i think He said.

He commented that He's never been through anything like this before. With Irene last year, the power was only out for a couple of days. 

His neighborhood has become of interest to crimanals so they are being extra cautious and prepared.

Despite everything He said that many people have it much worse.... He sounded much more chipper today and He asked that if anyone wants to send something.... please send prayers.

i didn't get too many words in other than to ask questions and say how much we miss them...but did manage to say that we loved them and are waiting for them, that they are in our prayers.....and to stay safe!

Just a reminder - i believe the concensus is that, tomorrow November 5th is Phil Sir's birthday, i will post a birthday tomorrow, but please comment at your convenience on any post with well wishes for our missing friends and loved ones, Phil, dawn and sandi!
